So beautiful and spacious and Paula was an absolute angel to work with! Will most definitely be back. Pool bar could use some work - but other than that it was an amazing time!

Property Manager Paula was a dream to work with.... She was always available, just a phone call away. We enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks and will be back again. Highly recommend you book this place and enjoy the large comfortable place with a wonder view!
Property was described accurately and exceptionally clean and well maintained.

Overall, I would rent from this company again, but we did have some issues. We had originally rented another condo but due to the painting of the balcony during our stay we were given the option to move to another condo by the rental company, which we did. When we arrived at the second condo, pressure washing was occurring around us and very loud. The next morning the building crew were on our balcony hammering and cleaning and again very loud; not what we agreed to with our rental. Upon notification to the rental company, Paula from the rental company was able to locate the Watercrest condo for us. We loved the view and location. We were disappointed that we had this kind of issue in our rental initially, but in the end, we were happy with our stay. There were minor issues with the unit, but this is an older building and attempts to keep it updated were made. I would recommend the rental company having better communication with the building maintenance to avoid a similar situation to occur again or notification to us that this was happening, and we would be given the option to cancel on our end if we choose too instead of losing a day of our stay with moving around to different locations.

I truly enjoyed all the space available. The view was the best one I have had on the beach.

Wow what a view, what more can I say!! The unit was very spacious and comfortable. My husband, myself and our oldest daughter felt so relaxed everyday. The unit had a dining table large enough to work on a 1,000 pc puzzle and still have room for dining. We enjoyed watching the sun go down in the evenings on the balcony and a little rain one evening. The beds were very comfy as well. Felt very secure with the onsite security. We will definitely be back and will highly recommend staying here to our friends and family. Only bad thing about it was we had to leave!!

Floors were Very dirty, unfortunately not an uncommon problem for condo rentals. Charging $195 for cleaning that clearly wasn’t done well is nothing short of a rip off.

Amazing deck and view of the gulf. Spacious living area.

Really enjoyed this unit at Watercrest, bright and spacious. The owner was very easy to contact. The decor could use some updating but it was clean and we enjoyed the spacious balcony. Elevators are fast and you are right on the beach.
