Twin Palms 1705

The condo was nice and clean, the view was beautiful. Parking was a breeze and beach access was simple. Unfortunately there were a few hiccups. Our host accidentally gave us the wrong entry code to the condo, but promptly answered the phone and corrected the mistake. We then couldn’t find our parking passes (we were supposed to receive two as we had four adults). We called and they said they would be up shortly with the passes. They never showed up and we had to call multiple times with no answer, then finally got a hold of someone and they said they would bring it by 9 the next morning and said we wouldn’t get towed just to write a note and put it in the dash. Thankfully we didn’t get towed, but still had no passes by 9. We called again and finally got us one pass (not two) so we still had to keep the note in our dash and hope to not be towed. Our host was kind and tried to be helpful, but this definitely added some stress to our vacation.

This place is a great and large space with a huge balcony. Very close to the beach, just a short walk next to the pool, hot tub and pool are great. Tight parking deck, but plenty of spaces. Very close to PCB tourist spots, walking distance to Pineapple Willys. The entire condo however was very sandy when we arrived, unsure if it had been vacuumed. The balcony bedroom also was not the cleanest, spots still in the toilet and on the towels. A pair of swim trunks were still there from previous guests. Glasses in the kitchen were cloudy and some plates did not get fully cleaned by the dishwasher. Make sure to bring your own paper towels and coffee filters, they did not supply those.

Loved the balcony that faced the beach and ocean. Condo very nice and had all we wanted. I alerted mgmt that the washer leaked on the floor and one of the beds needed replaced as it sunk on one side and was high on the other.

First time coming during Spring Break. Love the location away from the crowds of Spring Breakers but also within walking distance if that’s what you like. Paula was fantastic and very responsive! She was quick to resolve booking issues and even when the gate wouldn’t let us out of the parking garage. We had a great time!

Twin Palms is centrally located right on the beach, with gorgeous sunsets. The layout worked really well for 2 couples as it had 2 king sized beds, 2 adjoining bathrooms and a lovely spacious living area and kitchen.
We would have liked to see a welcome letter/ book with all the codes needed (ie spa/ steam room etc) as well as a personal touch
There were a couple of things missing, broken or a bit dirty but overall it was in fairly good condition
Paula, the property manager) was very helpful and we appreciated all her assistance.
