Wonderful location. Furniture was dated but comfortable enough. Kitchen needs work - ONE dish towel provided, dish washer not secured in place and pulled out from under counter when opened, thick construction dust on top of refrigerator, spoons all felt nicked up in the disposal. The unit was swept but the floors had not been mopped in a long time.

Rental was nice in a good location. Construction in the unit next door was loud as well as construction next door.
