The location and the place were great. One of the rooms didn't have air conditioning, and we were there in July. When we called for help, we were told no one could get there until the morning. Morning came and no one was there to fix the air conditioning. I texted the number again to ask for help. I didn't receive a response. When we came back in the evening, a fan was placed in the room with no air conditioning. I still didn't get any response from the texts that were sent. There was no apology or contact made. this was really frustrating. The location was great, but the customer service poor.
