We were well pleased with the condition of the unit. We enjoyed the wonderful view, it was beautiful. The only thing that was missing, was we couldn’t get local channels on the TV. I understand, the building was being changed to another network.

The condo was just as described. Loved the wrap around balcony. Not enough towels so we had to wash frequently. Only 3 coffee mugs. Security was aggravating because one of our group members had to come a day later and it was during the night and they wouldn’t let them in the parking lot. Said guests couldn’t have guests. He was part of our group so that made no sense. Elevator was no problem at all so that’s a plus because I’ve been to several resorts nearby and they are usually a nightmare.

Our family had a fun holiday weekend. I was nervous it might be too busy, but both the beach and pools were pleasant and our kids had lots of fun alternating between the two. We got dinner at Oceans for 2 nights which was easy and delicious. The condo was clean and comfy and we had a great time overall!

Our rental experience was awesome! Check in and check out was simple and easy. Paula was so courteous and helpful. We LOVED the wrap-around balcony views and the condo was spacious, bright and clean. We had everything we needed and were blessed with great weather.

It was a fantastic experience. I place was not only very nice but the location was also great. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing, fun time in Panama City Beach
Also, Paula is a great host. She was always available for all our needs and very kind to us
We had an excellent time at Edgewater. The grounds are well kept and the pools and hot tubs are always clean. It wasn't crowded at all this time of year and we had the perfect weather to enjoy the pool and beach! This condo has the most perfect view of the pool area and beach. The beds are super comfortable and plenty of room for multiple families. You also have plenty of supplies for cooking. Paula is a great host and provided us with the best experience. We will definitely be back!
