Edgewater 1210-1

Check in was complicated. We had 2 different arrival addresses. We went to the owner's entrance first. Backtracked to the guest entrance- our parking pass wasn't ready. Had to go back to a 3rd location for that. We were charged a $79 damage fee and the condo was horrible. Freezer handle broken. Dryer door broken. 5 forks in kitchen. No wine glasses. No sheet pans. 2 Frying pans awful. No tupperware. No spices. Keurig which makes pots or k-cups in good working condition. Upstairs toilet didn't work (which they knew before we arrived but still took 1.5 days to repair). Toilet ran the entire time we were there. I asked for financial retribution and didn't get a reply at all. Everything was loud: the drier, the bath fans, ceiling fans (master bath fan doesn't even work). Lots of repairs done to this condo but very poorly. Holes in doors repaired but then painted over w/ a paint that doesn't match. Holes in drywall where door hits but still no door stoppers to prevent this. Sloppy ceiling repair. Mattresses saggy but didn't hurt our backs. Bed pillows way too thick. Mine was super clumpy on one side and thin on the other. Sleeps 10 but only seating for 5 in family room. Pics not accurate. Sundeck had a rusty table & chairs and 2 lounge chairs. Pros: View is perfect. Condo is quiet (unless you turn a fan on). White sandy beaches were beautiful and crowded with families. Didn't feel like a spring break crowd at all. Location offers lots of activitites at main pool. Other tiny 10 pools are across the street. I would come back to PCB but never to this condo and probably won't rent from Salty Bch Vaca ever again. I wish I could attach photos.

Had a great time! Plenty of room for 10 of us. Only complaint is there wasn’t really much to cook with. There was a few pots and pans and a crock pot, but that was all. There is silverware and plastic cookware. I also feel like as much as you pay for the room, then you should be able to sit at the pool wherever you want.

We arrived to no AC, fridge sweating & froze, toilets running non stop, electric outlet covers popping off or missing, water damage in ceiling that had paint peeling off, holes in walls and doors. After day 2 & 4 complaints they finally fixed the AC. I figured out you can manually adjust flapper in side by side fridge doors and that fixed the sweeting/freezing and turn water off when not using toilet fixed that. Possibly the most inadequately stocked kitchen of any condo we’ve stayed in. But as Salty Life Vacation rental lady said “yah but its a great view”! The resort was awesome, great location, friendly staff, just make sure everything works before you rent, if this industry would allow final payment after your stay we wouldnt have these issues.
