This condo was the absolute perfect place for our family. From the location, the size, the comfort and much more. We’ve been coming to PCB for 8 years and 3rd time staying at Summerhouse; this is by far our favorite condo yet! Paula is absolutely wonderful to work with!

Condo was clean and neat. Nicely furnished. Spectacular views of the gulf.
Need to beef up quantities of towels, coffee cups, wine glasses, etc.
TV’s need upgrade. One in main room is too small for size of room..
Overall, we loved the place and would stay there again
This is our 4th time staying here. Never disappoints. The wrap balcony views are the best. The unit is clean and very accommodating. Paula the host takes of your needs. She’s the best. We’ll be back later.
